Describe how to replicate the issue

I am using rtmp for feeding and hls url for viewing. When I open website it runs runOnDemand in less than or equal to 1 sec. But when I stop viewing by closing the site then runOnUnDemand is been called after 1min. I need it to be called in 1 or 2 sec.
