My fps is capped at 60 I did everything

What problem did you encounter?

My fps is capped at 60 fps for some reason and it wasn't like that till today and I have no solution I checked the wiki about is and did everything and none of the solutions worked. However when I go into like the page of a game it uncaps I dont know if its something with roblox but also whenevr I click on a game it takes a few seconds to load up/
