Animation of mobile notifications should be configurable

Would like them to be able to:

• Enter at the top of the screen
• Enter from the left or right

I think this is probably best achieved if we switch to CSS animations on the notifications, such that anyone wanting to change this can override the animations natively instead of having limited options.
