Take a look at how genesis files are regenerated via this test: https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/superchain-registry/pull/650/files

e.g.

sure genesis -c op
sure genesis -c zora

Add an option to print in '--no-code' mode:

sure genesis -c op --no-code

This blanks out the predeploy byecode fields.
