SSRD fails to generate manifests in the following cases:

  • An empty array of API permissions is provided (resolved by removing the optional field).
  • Directories include nested paths (resolved by only include the top-level path and manage the subpaths via the module).

In any of these cases, the resulting manifest PRd will be empty. We don't provide proper feedback when this occurs and it is encountered by a lot of new modules when they are first submitted.
