Implement 3rd party compatibility checks

Currently there is no check if an app in the marketplace is actually compatible with the current version of captain.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like the marketplace apps to define which version they are compatible with. In general this shoule use semver (which will only work after the stable 1.0.0 release, Until then, 3rd party apps are potentially incompatible with each new release, which is obviously a pain.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I currently don't see any workarounds to this issue.
