I'm not sure how to reproduced this issue, but heres the chronology.

I bought 2nd PSV machine, it works for several days, but I realize the Adrenaline FW not working (I want to install PSP Games) then I try to reset taihen config.

After that the machine is restart and all my games are gone, I thought the issue was from memory card.

So I try to format the memory card and config the Vita machine again by myself, I successfully install henkaku and Vita Deploy from HENIo, I also successfully install PKGj.

Then, I open the PKGj and try to download some game, then the error appeared.

I have tried to rebuild the database and use another memory card, but the error still persist, please help.
