Playback loading very slow

Is there away to load the playbacks faster?
Currently it takes between 45 and 60 seconds before playback starts.
Frigate v5.4.0
SSD storage
Recordings are in 1080p.
Result is the same between local connecting or via Nabu Casa.

@NickM-27 , not entirely sure what you are asking but will do my best to answer it anyway.

1. outside my local network without VPN, via Nabu Casa and fast wifi or 5G connection, using Chrome browser on my laptop or Android app "Home Assistant"
2. within my own network , via Nabu Casa and fast wifi, using Chrome browser on my laptop or Android app "Home Assistant",
3. within my own network, via local address and fast wifi, using Chrome browser on my laptop

Yes, playback speed is very fast and responsive when using local URL on my LAN
