Console error upon expand/collapse of sky-tile in IE11

Expected:
No console error when expanding or collapsing a tile

Actual:
In IE11 and Edge, expanding or collapsing a sky tile gives the following console error:

ERROR TypeError: Object doesn't support property or method 'matches'

Repro Steps/Plunker:
First observed in Permissions UI Role cards, but able to repro in plunker off of sky docs

• Open the plunker example in IE11 on https://developer.blackbaud.com/skyux2/components/tiles
• Collapse the tile to see the error.
