Need help with RMX3241 MT6833

Hi guys,

first of all, thank you very much for the great tool.
I'm not really familiar with it, but I believe it could help fixing my bricked phone.
I've an RMX3241 basedon MT6833 which is dead. Seems like I mean. When I press power button it does nothing, the screen doesn't light up. The phone worked before but someone got it in their hands and messed up partitions, I believe.

When I try to connect the phone via BROM mode, it goes well until it tries to load the preloader.
Is there any way to fix this, or it's completely dead?
This is the log when I try to unlock the bootloader:

`Power off the phone before connecting.
For brom mode, press and hold vol up, vol dwn, or all hw buttons and connect usb.
For preloader mode, don't press any hw button and connect usb.
If it is already connected and on, hold power for 10 seconds to reset.

OK solved, the issue was with the drivers on Windows 10.
