QR code scanning not an option for IPhone SE3

Steps To Reproduce

1. tap 'Add code' button
2. Select 'Scan QR code'
   You return to the 'Enter key manually' screen

Expected Result

Be able to scan a QR code to add a new OTP

Actual Result

be forced to manually add the OTP secret
