bndiagnostic was not useful. Could you please tell us why?

I do not know how to perform the changes explained in the documentation

Space is not maxxed out, shows free available RAM but continues to randomly crash. Trying to solve this has made me go crazy.

Hi,

I can see many issues in your deployment:

  • The instance has enough RAM memory now but that doesn’t mean it has it all the time. Please monitor that.
  • There are some WordPress errors in the Apache’s log file (/opt/bitnami/apache2/logs/error_log). Please check that and contact WordPress or the developers of the plugins you are using to get more information about the errors
  • PHP is reaching the limits (cat /opt/bitnami/php/logs/php-fpm.log). You will need to increase the number of processes in the /opt/bitnami/php/etc/memory.conf file
  • You have many requests from different IPs, please check this guide: https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/wordpress/troubleshooting/deny-connections-bots-apache/
