Describe your issue as much as you can

For the last few days, the site keeps crashing and when I check the resources the load is constantly between 5-30 and its mysqld which seems to be hogging all the resources.
I have optimized the tables. I have cloudflare running so its not a ddos. Its a simple wordpress site. Non essential plugins are disabled. Its been running fine for over a year and has just started doing this. Any suggestions?

Thanks for using Bitnami. I have checked the bndiagnostic data that you provided and I have found your server is running out of memory to attend the requests. You may want to increase the instance size to get more resources

Regarding the timeout errors you are getting in the PHP and Apache logs, I'm afraid I don't know if it is related to the instance resources, to any of the plugins you have installed, to a combination of both things, or to something else.
