[Bitnami] Webiste https://charts.bitnami.com/bitnami is not accessible #31053
Comments
Hi, Thank you for reporting this issue. We are currently making changes to our DNS records that may produce some downtime, sorry for the inconvenience. We expect this to be resolved soon. Regarding the installation of charts, we recently moved our charts to OCI format by default and you shouldn't run into any issue when deploying that way. You can read more about that here. |
@jotamartos, you are linking to a page that is unresolveable 🥇 |
Sorry @Rubatharisan, didn't take that into account when posting the link. You can get the OCI link to deploy the chart in the GitHub's READMEs https://github.com/bitnami/charts/tree/main/bitnami/
No, we didn't expect issues. Sorry for the inconvenience. |
We are getting issues with DNS propagation, we are actively working on recovering it for all regions |
DNS records were updated and information is being propagated now. We will keep monitoring this to confirm everything works as expected, this may take some time but you shouldn't run into any issue from that time on. Sorry for the inconvenience. |
Our pipelines are working again it seems |
Thank you @jotamartos |
Describe your issue as much as you can
I am trying to access https://charts.bitnami.com/bitnami directly, but it is not accessible. I am attempting to create an EKS cluster that downloads charts from Bitnami, which throws an error.
Error: could not download chart: looks like "https://charts.bitnami.com/bitnami" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: Get "https://charts.bitnami.com/bitnami/index.yaml": dial tcp: lookup charts.bitnami.com: no such host
