Building for Xen dom0 #15

When trying to build using the following article:

https://hvmi.github.io/blog/2020/08/10/getting-started-on-Xen.html

The tools and libraries needed for building HVMI are not available to the dom0 because it has a limited set of packages for the repo.

Trying to compile this on QubeOS but those packages are not available.
