This is a Bisq Network proposal. Please familiarize yourself with the submission and review process.

Possible changes

I think this pre-announcements have proven not necessary because there's been not much controversy while they unnecesarily increase the distance between compensation rates and market prices. Downvote if you want Compensation Maintainer to submit the price at the beginning of the cycle using 90 day average as before of #270. Leave a comment if you would like to use a different price. Upvote if you think we should keep it as approved on #270. My plan is to start using the 30 day average on Cycle 24 as on #313 and it seems to be accepted, but I think that this pre-announcements might be removed safely, I consider it a redundant task for the DAO.

Proposal

I am proposing in advance what BSQ rates could be used for next cycle to see if it has rough consensus. I'm just using the default 5% outliers removal.

30 Day BTC/BSQ: 0.00005052
30 Day USD/BSQ: 2.51
90 Day BTC/BSQ: 0.00005006
90 Day USD/BSQ: 2.00

At next Cycle (Cycle 24) Bisq will use the 30D average at the beginning of the cycle. bisq-network/compensation#805
