Use system Tor if possible

Currently the software uses its bundled Tor regardless if Tor is already installed on the users system. This results in a Tor over Tor situation on systems like Whonix which transparently proxy all traffic.

There is an open issue out for that but dev resources found so far who work on that. If you are a dev you are welcome.
