Closes #49

    // Supported alts: - DAI, TUSD, USDC, USDT

XMR rate looks consistent with the other exchanges.

EUR, GBP seem not very high quality -> currently get auto-removed:

KUCOIN EUR outlier price removed:48240.75, lower/upper bounds:48303.4/48311.46, consensus price:48307.90375
KUCOIN GBP outlier price removed:40808.68, lower/upper bounds:41323.0/41372.0, consensus price:41340.4298
