While conference presentations are basically untracked and need to be manually added, peer-reviewed papers can be easily fetched from online sources, e.g. PubMed.

The workflow would be

  1. R/fetch_pubs.R extracts my publications (in a .bib file?)
  2. These are formatted as presently done in Endnote (tricky part)
  3. The CV supplement shows the pubilcation number and list of publications
