💡 [Feature] Globus endpoint

Description

Ouranos is considering deploying a Globus endpoint to share its regional model simulations, among others. Ideally, this would be well integrated with the DACCS infrastructure. Opening this ticket to start a discussion on the architecture and configuration of such an endpoint.

There are various depths we can go to here:

• Public shared endpoint : open to all without authentication
• User endpoint for private data
• Compatibility with ESGF
• Mechanism for replication across DACCS nodes

The priority for Ouranos at the moment is for a public shared endpoint, but I think it's useful to mention the other possibilities.
