This repository is a collection of freely available 3rd-party tools (source code) for use with the BioWonks projects.
To produce usable binaries, an adequate C/C++ compiler and standard development libraries are required.
$ make- coils (bin/ncoils): predicts coiled-coil regions
- seg (bin/seg): predicts low-complexity regions
BioWonks is no way affiliated with any of these projects and no ownership of the tools contained herein is assumed.
