Adding more tutorials

The new documentation #552 contains also a revamped tutorial. However, some important sets of functionalities miss a tutorial:

• tantan application interface: tutorial/application/tantan
• sra-tools application interface: tutorial/application/sra
• ViennaRNA application interface: tutorial/application/viennarna
• Uniprot database: tutorial/database/uniprot
• PubChem database: tutorial/database/pubchem
• Sequence profiles: tutorial/sequence/profiles
• Chain, residue and molecule utilities: tutorial/structure/segments
• Nucleotide structure analysis (base pairs, dot-bracket): tutorial/structure/nucleotide
• MOL and SDF format: part of tutorial/structure/io
