We are currently using v2.3.1, the latest is now v2.15.7. We should evaluate and consider upgrading to the latest library, and also try to use the consistent element UI components as much as possible.

My mistake, we actually uses Semantic UI, not Element UI. The current version is v2.4. Probably just some minor changes, we can still check if we can upgrade to its latest version.
