Environment information

(irrelevant)

What happened?

When using :global in CSS module, upon trying to format the file with Biome, the following error occurred:

`:local` and `:global` pseudo-classes are not standard CSS features.
You can enable `:local` and `:global` pseudo-class parsing by setting the `css_modules` option to `true` in your configuration file.

Expected result

There's no css_modules setting in biome.json. There correct name is css.parser.cssModules.
