Biome doesn't work as VSCode linter in Windows environment

The plugin reports it as
The extension couldn't resolve @biomejs/cli-win32-x64/package.json or @biomejs/cli-win32-x64/biome.exe. If you installed "@biomejs/biome", it's a resolving issue due to your package manager. Check the troubleshooting section of the extension for more information on how to fix the issue.

We're working on making the resolution better, but if you install the binaries manually, it should work.
