In this project, we have the latest version of mafft program enhanced with the support for the new Sequence/Structure alignment tool named LaRA2
We have modifyed the mafft-7.453-with-extensions-src version hosted at https://mafft.cbrc.jp/alignment/software/source.html for calling the new LaRA 2 implementation.
