Hi,

Thanks for the tool. Does this also support? https://www.10xgenomics.com/analysis-guides/demultiplexing-and-analyzing-5%E2%80%99-immune-profiling-libraries-pooled-with-hashtags

It will be helpful to know. If so, what will be the best way to create the samplesheet manifest for the type of samples mentioned in the link? We are interested in demultiplexing and generating the count files that would be subjected to secondary and tertiary analysis using R script using seurat and relevant packges both for gene expression and the single cell TCR data. Any input will be appreciated. We are struggling with the nf-core samplesheet inputs and stubled upon yours that seemed to be compatible with 10x but would like to know if this will wokr with the chemistry mentioned in the link. Thanks

Kind regards,

Vivek
