Hello,

Its a very handy and wonderfull tool which i am succecfully used in my allelic analysis, Thank you for that

I just need some thread issues mentioned for testing the hybridness here is it possible provide the scripts to test the hridness of the data

Hi,

that script is not part of the pipeline, @lucacozzuto and I had a conversation to include that in a future update.
