dataset metadata not loading at boot

It happens that the dataset metadata won't be loaded at all after the application boot. A slow responding time from the server is one of the reason causing this.

2 propositions to fix this

• Create a refresh button accessible in the left menu to launch the query again.
• Automatically relaunch the query after a certain amount of time (hardcoded timeout).
