Obtaining Probabilities Across all GO Terms

Hi there,

Thanks for the great repo! Is it possible to obtain the probabilities across every GO term (~5000) probabilities for each input peptide ? I saw that there was some filtering on low probability terms here. Would it be as simple as removing this filter and setting threshold to 0 ?
