I WANT seamless deployments
SO THAT the service is always available

Deploy with Boxfuse to AWS.

Acceptance criteria
GIVEN deployment to AWS
WHEN I push a commit into GitHub
AND CI passes
THEN the service is deployed to AWS

GIVEN deployment to AWS
WHEN deploying
THEN the service continues to work
