Terms page

There is a lot of implicit assumptions when we say "CI" etc.
This is also useful for folks new to good builds, so heavy on references & reading.

• Add a "Terms" page (or better title) up front so readers are in sync with us as we discuss topics
• Add more terms as suitable
• Avoid confusion with the "what is a pipeline?" page having a section on terms

Questions

• Where does a Terms page fit in the ToC? The strawman puts it in the intro division.
• What terms need discussion? What level of dev are we assuming?
