Feature | Kubectl: context switch & testing #177

Describe the Feature

Include kubectx (https://github.com/ahmetb/kubectx) and add a command to support it.
While running commands, make sure that we support proxy and port-forward:
- leverage kubectl proxy --port=8080 https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/extend-kubernetes/http-proxy-access-api/
- leverage kubectl port-forward mongo-... 28015:27017 https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/access-application-cluster/port-forward-access-application-cluster/

Test credentials convention to be fully compatible with Octant, Lens, K9 and similar.

Check that the command run successfully for every mechanism: SSO, IAM + MFA and plain IAM.
