High sensetivity touch pad issues

If the user is using a sensitive touchpad (e.g. they have their touchpad sensitivity settings turned up high) the scroll capability of the datepicker becomes impossible to use. At minimum the user can move 4-5 values at a time, not one to the next as you would expect.

If you have a mac or other device touchpad you can recreate this issue by increasing your touchpad sensitivity.
