Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a torrent is download, i'm unable to set the priority for different files.

Describe the solution you'd like
Inside the torrent info modal, user is able to set a priority for any file in a torrent. Similar to how it's done in the default Web UI (screenshot below).
