是否考虑更新依赖到“github.com/antlr/antlr4/runtime/Go/antlr/v4”模块

v1版本的模块“github.com/antlr/antlr4/runtime/Go/antlr”好像已经“deprecated”了

新的v4模块似乎对Go下游兼容性更好而且能有效避免ambiguous import的问题。

这边fork了一下，升级到了 github.com/antlr4-go/antlr/v4 v4.13.0，
同时修复了一些小问题，添加了逻辑运算符兼容，以及decimal的支持。有需要可以看下。
