Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In config.yaml, all steps look for files that were produced in the previous step, except for ngs_mapping, which requires an absolute path. If one is editing an old config.yaml for different datasets, and doesn't see this because the path is not in static_data_config or data_sets, it can cause problems.

Describe the solution you'd like
Is it possible to use a relative path instead of an absolute one?
