Add info and marker line to logs when background jobs manipulating the container

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Background jobs can start or stop containers. There is no signal written to the logs which makes it difficult for the user to understand why the container is in a different state than how they left them.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a comment of what was done and why to the logs and add something visual that underlines it, e.g.

Leaving the customer in the unknown. Bad idea.
