Though the config.yaml will only be used for the pipeline itself, it needs to be the ground truth that then feeds into the DNL information output

Define DNL Schema #16
Create documentation describing DNL Schema
Get Schema approved
Create example Schemas (ideally one for pset, icb, radiomics pipeline if they all want DNL)
Design Database Models #15
