This code should compile on Linux and Darwin platforms.
This code depends on the c++14 standard, g++, and GLUT.
When run, smooth_mandel will bring up two windows: The Mandelbrot set visualization
on the left and the iteration view on the right.

Shift click in the "Gradual Mandelbrot Rendering" window to see the complex iterations rendered in the "Iterate View" window.

Left click in the "Gradual Mandelbrot Rendering" window to zoom in.
