Select year from separate box - filter/select not working

I am trying to extract the data tables from this public tableau.

Different data are shown depending on the selected year.
TableauScraper in this case would download the data as shown for 1937.

I tried to filter/select, but it does not seem to work in this case, since the selection is somehow separate from the table reporting the data.

Is there a way to select a different year with TableauScraper?
