As a team, we need to enforce the practice of writing a design doc before implementing any new feature.

To streamline the process, I suggest using Notion or Confluence as the preferred tool for writing design docs. These tools offer a commenting feature that allows collaborators to provide feedback on specific sections of the design doc. This makes it easy to capture and address comments in context, ensuring that all feedback is accounted for.

Once the design doc is finalized within the team, we can create a GitHub discussion and post the design doc there. This will allow for general feedback and comments from the public.
