Basically mutex zones set by detector signs. You place two of these signs like a detector and it creates a mutex zone in the bounds of that detector area. Waiter signs do not work for my use case because they aren't flexible and its documentation (eg. where the zone actually goes such as whether it goes on a branch track etc) is unclear
