Passing a - (minus / hyphen) before the queue parameter should instead omit those queues from being run by a scheduler.

Example: queues=-fish,shrimp => * - fish - shrimp, will execute jobs on all queues except fish and shrimp.

The hyphen must be the first character e.g. fish,-shrimp is invalid.
