Sub menu #62
Comments
Hey, @SventB for me its a way to help the user to find his content fast. It is really easy to create new backend layouts - so we should also provide variants with a left sided menu ? p.s. i am happy about every feedback so feel free to ask and put feature requests for everything you like. |
@SventB i`ve added left variants. Have a look if the variants fit your needs. |
Ok, looks good, thank you.
Perhaps it's possible to implement it with the possibility to deactivate it with a TS constant, if one do not need content below the navigation? |
@SventB i´ll keep that in mind for now. Will have a look later for a suitable solution. |
@benjaminkott Please have a look at default_subnavigation_left_2_columns: Instead of left column, you used right column. |
@SventB ill have a look later |
@SventB should be fixed now. |
Yes, thank you |
Perhaps the next issue is verbalized a little bit unfriendly, so first some nice words: Thank you for the very useful extension, I'm impressed about your work! :)
Now my issue: Why is the sub menu on the right side? I've never needed a sub menu on the right side but on the left side (and I created 100 websites or so for a dozen of agencies).
If some beginner uses your distribution package, it could be a big task for him to put it on the left side.
And it should be also possible to add content elements below the menu, like in the other columns.
This should be an easy task, can I help you with this and contribute the code?
