Navigating the twitter feed of the bot is difficult when looking for filings in a specific case. Using hashtags that use a shortened form of the case name (#USvATT or #EnglishvTrump for example) would be useful and helpful for humans searching for the case. It shouldn't be a size problem, as the bot manages to keep tweets below 120 characters and now that the limit has been reased to 240 should be fine, but if that doesn't work for some reason, using the docket number or other unique id for cases may also work.
