What?

Reduce the markup fees for Arbitrum and Optimism mainnet on the TW cluster.

Related conversation:

Why?

TW team claims we are 20-30% more expensive than our competition on these networks.

How?

Make sure to verify how much more expensive are we, and measure before and after the reconfiguration.
Lower them as much as possible, while making sure we are still profitable and transactions are not reverting on chain.
