Director Search - Period syntax causing search issue

In Zenhub #18717 a ticket was logged to tackle an issue searching names with a period in the middle of a word in business search. A similar issue has been identified in Director Search.

Business Search Issue:
Ops- DR. C.J. COADY ASSOCIATES - FM0107579 / CANT SEARCH USING BUSINESS NAME BUT CAN WITH NUMBER / OCTOBER 30, 2023 / BC ROS. ops

Director Search Issue:
Director search has a different problem that is similar: for this example it matches when the user types DR. C.j. but not when they type DR. CJ
