Requirements: Editable fields for adding a significant individual

This looks great! Can we keep it open until we hear back on the requirement for a checkbox to confirm a user is updating their name due to legal name change/marriage/divorce. That was send to Julie yesterday and was more of a design solution rather than requirement:)

@Apt766525 where is the field which contains the date they became an SI or the date they ceased to be an SI? This would be included in each SI record, correct?

@mstanton1 Have included the field which contains the significance date of a SI in the document, but such as birthdate the significance date will not be editable by the individual as per requirement which will be displayed in each SI record.

Requirement: Implement a validation mechanism to prevent the addition of a new significant individual (SI) or an individual that was inadvertently added as a SI solely by changing their name during a correction filing process.
