@lmcclung as discussed I've documented the knowledge I have on the Civil Forfeiture Act amendments. Note, due to personal references and ongoing legal discussion I've documented this information in a Google document, linked above.

Confirmed with PSSG - they are using our API in their internal tool to interact with the PPR. There is no need for Assets to make any changes or modifications for this. Closing epic.
